I am having the same issue. All of my other custom icons are working fine but the Delicious icon will not take. Just as Marco’s, mine displays the default icon.

I had the same issue and used the plug-in to change the slider height as you instructed. For some reason, whenever I use an image larger than the original 350px height it renders the image to be not as wide as the slider container regardless of the original width of the image.
If you plan on releasing the Slider Plugin 1.1 sometime soon than this may be a mute point so please let me know if you have an estimated release date for that.
