I think i have figured it out. I created my posts in Zoho Docs and when I copied and pasted it, it must have brought some crappy formatting code. Now i put it in Notepad and that strips the formatting. Then I copy the text from Notepad and format it right in my post. That worked with no error. Someone else might have this situation and that was my fix.
Yes, everything is all up to date. My Theme is up to date and my plugins are up to date as well. I am not sure why it just all of a sudden has this error. Any other ideas maybe? Thank you .
