In reply to: Right column starts lower down the page than the leftI resolved the problem by going back to an approach I had before. The code I am now using is:
<style type="text/css">.odd {float:left; width:48%;} .even {float:right; width:48%;}</style>and `<div class=”[evenodd]”><strong>[241] [242] <a href=”[detaillink]”>[243]</a></strong>
[244]
[249]
</div>`
Thanks for your help.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Right column starts lower down the page than the leftSorry about the link. There’s an extra http:// that was added when I submitted the post. The correct link is eacba.com/our-members2/.
The float:right is in the CSS style. The strange thing is that this has worked perfectly up until the last week or so.Sorry for not replying sooner. When I went through the process again and followed your advice and I can now send emails.
Thanks very much for your rapid responses. I’ll try it again.
I got the same result when I deleted OAuth ID and started again. (I actually didn’t need to go through this process when I set things up with Comcast.) I did check for spaces at the end of the URL I entered and the URL assigned as a result of this process.
I’m sorry to be a pain, but it seems I’m doing something else wrong but don’t know what it is. The following is the exact sequence I followed after establishing the credentials:
1. Import configuration . none
2. Sender Details: email > bobl94582@gmail.com; Name > Bar15
3. Outgoing Email Server: Hostname > smtp.gmail.com
4. Connectivity Test: Socket > smtp.gmail.com:465; Authentication > oath 2.0
5. Authentication:
Authorized Javascript origins

You have configured OAuth 2.0 authentication, but have not received permission to use it. Grant permission with Google.Clicked the Grant persmission with Google link

This is the exact response I received before. I think I checked everything carefully but I must be missing something. I’d appreciate any help you can give me.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: WordPress post not foundI set the permalink to /%postname%/ when I first set up the blog. I don’t believe that I changed the permalink after creating the post but I did an experiment. I set the permalink to /%postname%/ and created a new post as a test. I still get the same result saying the post can’t be found. I didn’t include the site name before but it is http://www.yourelectricwheelchair.com.

In reply to: Posts not accessableI hope you got the link and can help me out.
I tried adding a test post to see what would happen. The test post shows up in my posts when I click on the “Blog/News” tab in navigation, but I can’t preview it from the post edit page. I still get the page not found error.
