I also found out that the PHP and UNIVERSAL snippet are the only ones that have this pop up. The Text snippet does not.

Here is a screenshot of it working for with text only snippet.

I found out it is a potential bug with the REX theme. I made a video for you to see the bug. Maybe it is your plugin. I contacted the theme makers and sent them this same video. Hopefully this can be worked out. The video is Flash and recorded with JING, a free screen capture software. Here is the link: https://www.screencast.com/t/GGX9PuBBTieM

Thank you so much for your speedy replay. I don’t know what that custom editor would be. I didn’t install anything. Could it be Gutenberg? I deactivated all my plugins but Woody and I still get this pop up. Any ideas?
