I’m having the same problem. I did set the date.timezone in php.ini and then killall, but to no avail.
This is happening for me also. Thank goodness the site I’m using this on is still in development or this would be a big problem.
I tried adjusting all the settings available with no luck. It appears the “enable site-wide access from one dialog” function is straight up broken, unless I am missing something.
