Using plugin version 2.5.22 and WordPress version 4.3.1, the icon isn’t on the editor any longer. Is this a known problem?

Thanks for the response.
Varnish is happily caching the pages, I presume this is because the SSL is offloaded via haproxy before reaching the webserver, and varnish is still caching pages over port 80.
Would the fact that the WordPress Dashboard is being served over https be stopping this from working? As mentioned, when I click the button in W3 Total Cache to purge the varnish cache, I geta successful message. But the varnish server hasn’t been touched.
