Also, just so you know, support can take longer in the forums due to the high volume of requests we get and limited staff. Sometimes there can be a theme or plugin conflict that causes errors, and sorry to hear that you experienced that. Our plugin is very powerful and can take up a lot of resources, but also has some great functionality. We hope to win you back soon.
We did have some problems with Facebook Connect when Facebook released their new API and we are working through that. If you have some support issues you would like me to look into, I’d be happy to. Please email me at p3@time.ly.
