it should be hold/or cancelled or pending , hold or cancelled being failed. pending being paid. as these are the only 2 options in status.

I think i fixed it. The issue is with 9in my case) jigoshopzoom permanent version and with products with variables (ie size or colour options).
With jigoshopzoom permanent version activated and using a ipad, a simple product adds to cart but a variable product does not add to cart.
Deactivate jigoshopzoom permanent version and variable producys add to cart ok.
This has only come about in the last few versions of the shop plugin.The theme developer had this comment on there site under another shop plugin – “Anyone having problems with Add to cart and product variations should try this: Disable the Magnifier.”
