I edit the file php.ini in the ROOT of the website adding the line
upload_max_filesize = 6M;
that worked.NB: I found a php.ini also in the WP-ADMIN folder, but editing this one will not work.

the problem has not been solved yet. But now I’m using the plugin “JetPack” and activated the “mobile” version for my site. With this the formatting is not so bad, but this is because of the plugin that render in a different way. If I deactivate the plugin Jetpack, the format error is still the same.
