In reply to: [HumanCaptcha by Outerbridge] Problem with custom ThemeI’ve just tried it out on a site with 2015 and it’s working perfectly, including the registration page.
Something on your site must be causing a conflict. If it’s not the theme then it may be a plugin. You could check by switching them all off and then re-enabling them one by one.

In reply to: [HumanCaptcha by Outerbridge] Problem with custom ThemeThere are no shortcodes for this plugin as it integrates automatically using the standard WordPress form functions. Where themes customise forms and/or do not use standard WP functions, there are likely to be conflicts.

No, this doesn’t work – you cannot nest shortcodes with the same name inside one another – please see the http://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode_API#limitations for more info.

Make sure the plugin is activated and the latest version and that the contact form is accessible. If it still doesn’t work, you might want to raise it with Contact Form 7’s support desk. Let me know how you get on.
