We have already created this feature in EBS-PRO which is not on demo yet due to testing. and in EBS you can get this but for that you have to add more shortcode such as
- first you have to add row/column
- Add thumbnail to that column
- Add another row/column of same size
- In new column add heading
- Add another row/column of same size
- In new column add content
We know this is lengthy and not easy to handle so we added the service box in PRO version.

I think you are right, that we have to give more clear instructions that how to use the plugin or we can add one new video to explain it.
Issue 1: the background color, we have already given this option in our new release which is under testing.
Issue 2: we have defined two different divs for heading and content. and there size depends on the size of slider so the content length depends upon the slider size and the font size you have selected.
