In reply to: 404 Error when Uploading Themes HostgatorJonathan, we went through this with your tech support team before. It’s not working for us with any theme or plugin. I’d post a screenshot here because, for some reason, I’m not getting your emails but I’m not sure how to do that.
The problem hasn’t been resolved. I just attempted both efforts, on both websites, with two different themes & plugins.

In reply to: 404 Error when Uploading Themes HostgatorFor some reason, I can’t find your email. I’ll check my spam folder. To answer the question the tech support agent asked earlier today, and I’m guessing you’re asking now:
We’ve tried multiple paid themes, to ensure that it was not a problem with the theme file/folder. The one we wanted to update on both sites is Enfold.
In terms of plugin, we’ve tried both free and paid plugins to no avail. The upload pages appear to be allowing the file upload, but then refreshes to the 404 page on the website- just like if you typed an incorrect url while trying to access the front facing site.
