No, it does not appear in screen options.

I have another wordpress site, exact same plugins, theme, and it works on that site.
I tried several themes including Twenty Twelve. The fact that is it not show up as an option on the writer a post or page editor is really strange. The Sharing and Like options show up.
Ok, I got rid of WP Super Cache since both support forums could not help. I am no using Cache Lite and everything works great.
I still however cannot get the Google+ link to work. Yes, I can connect in sharing, bout it goes not show on any pages or post or as a option in editing pages or posts.
I have another sites that I tested it on, and all that work fines.
Any ideas?
Yes, I disabled caching and it seems to work. Caching is important to me, so I still have to figure this out. Also, the google profile does not show on my site either. Frustrating!
Yes, both are checked.
Thanks Jeremy for looking. I have Minify deactivated if you can another look.
