In reply to: New Anti-Spam toolAnd ohh! I wanted to post the above comment on your blog. But when I tried posting it there, I got a message saying I was banned from commenting and my comment was deleted! 😀

In reply to: New Anti-Spam toolThanks a lot for the plugin, Kitten. I had commented (as Sameer) on your blog about the “empty delimiter” errors I was getting on activating the spaminator plugin.
I installed the plugin all over again and now it works just fine 🙂
I have a query. Kittens-spaminator plugin obviously takes advantage of the spam words collected by your Spam Words plugin. But this plugin would delete the offending comments and not hold them for moderation, wouldn’t it? But will it harvest newer spamwords from the spam comments it deletes?Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: New to WordPress…Haha … redundant once again! I seem to have quite a knack for this! 😉

In reply to: Disable email notifications?Yes there is.
Log in to WP and go to ‘Options –> Discussion’ from the menu. Once there, the second box under ‘Discussion Options’ (titled ‘Email me whenever:’) has the setting you need. Simply uncheck the ‘Anyone posts a comment’ option. And you should be alright! 🙂Forum: Plugins

In reply to: php browser checking? Not really an addition to the debate going on over here, but I thought I’d post this…
When I visit the website of one of UK’s top energy companies, I am presented with a screen telling me that their site supports IE (5.0 and up), Netscape (7.02 and up), Opera (7.20 and up) and Konqueror (3.1.1 and up). Then it goes to inform me that I am using Netscape 0.9.3 and denies me entry to the site.
I am, of course, using FireFox 0.9.3 😐Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Blogger Import ProblemsCan you see files named like ‘2003_12_01_wordpress.php’ in your wordpress directory?
In case you can’t see any such files in your wordpress directory, Blogger has not published the archives to the right place.
In case you see those files, Blogger has correctly published, but WP has not imported them correctly.
During the Blogger-to-WP import, did you click on ‘OK’ at the end of everything?Forum: Your WordPress

In reply to: The Opti MysticHmm… got what you’re trying to convey, willnea. But I’m stuck without FF on my laptop (its a company laptop and am not supposed to load FF). So there’s little I can do right now 🙁
