Please where is the WP_DEBUG located?

What should I do to be able to go pass the blank page and enter the customize page as well as make the content in Theme Option respond to clicks

I have also have installed your required plugin “Redux Framework”. But this issue still persist.

I have also also installed and activated extra three themes and I still see the same problem.

I am not able to connect to JetPack any longer after updating my WordPress to 4.6. Here are the error messages.Outbound HTTPS not working

@davidoct14 no, i don’t have. Do you know of any other secured plugin (with similar functionalities) that I can use in place of Jetpack?

@davidoct14I did contact them and they later told me that they have fixed the cUrl-exec issues. But still, Jetpack has refused to connect.

@davidoct14, I can’t locate the php.ini config file. Please can I see it or where exactly is it?
