I also had this issue, but if you set to default Theme it goes away. Kinda weird, but its a shame i really liked the theme.
Ok so i followed the options you had suggested in the link. Ronald and its not my plugins. Has to be my theme its Clockstone by CMS masters. Sucks really like it.
Mine seems to be my theme as well 🙁 shame i really liked it.
