ok guys, when I try to donate for real, there is another error msg. And the thing on top of the form read “The request was refused”

You can have Rocket Loader ignore individual scripts by adding the data-cfasync="false" attribute to the relevant script tag, for example: <script data-cfasync="false" src="/javascript.js"></script> Rocket Loader will still optimise the loading of all other scripts on the page.Ok I solved my problem, I think. However 2 problems that I see. 1) Multistep form (reCaptcha doesn’t work) 2) I don’t want to disable rocket loader site wide (is there a way just to disable rocketloader via page rule to exclude just certain page?)
Also the give.js and paypal load site wide is there which page is needed so I can just load it on those?

@gurugehk I feel you man. I am trying to do good pro Bono work for a good cause. I am not making any money at all. I only hope that this damn plugins would work. I hope that the Give developer can help me, for me the multi step or the classic form neither work. It works well in test mode but when it comes to taking real money it glitches. Unfortunately Give is the only game in town for donations.
In cloudflare I have setup page rule (and I have check it is working and matching the URL)

Now it doesn’t forward me to any page just stay there. It now just stay on the page. Although 1 time, I got an error message say to contact the administrator.

So that is why the sandbox URL appears and paypal use a test account for test mode under developer option. When I turn off test mode, I was able to connect. However, I still have error. I will make a separate thread
Ok I solved the issue why the captcha is not showing up. It seems that here is an interaction between the captcha for wpform, as on the hospital fundraiser page, I have a wpcontact form as well with captcha in the 2nd accordion, so on that page when the wpform contact form loaded with the captcha, somehow the captcha for the give form show up as well.
It seems that in the wpform, there is an option which I have to use as I have 2 things with captcha on it. It is call No-Conflict Mode When checked, other reCAPTCHA occurrences are forcefully removed, to prevent conflicts. This is the only way for the captcha for give and wpform to work and not kill each other. Is there a way not to make them conflict?
Also can you tell me why catcatcha is not enable? Please look at this one https://www.globalshout.org/projects/aliabad-teaching-hospital-fundraiser/ when you click on the accordion for the donation, it open up the form, that one has the captcha, however the one on the https://www.globalshout.org/donation/ does not. I enable the captcha function via child theme php so it should be universal what is going on?
