Thank you both for your help. I had already removed the pop up plug in. WordPress then emailed me to say the the PHP Checker plugin was causing me errors, so removed that as well, but there was a still a problem.
In the end I deactivated all plugins apart from Woocommerce and turns out that the WP Copyright plugin was the one that was causing me the problems. I have another copyright plugin installed so it could possibly be a conflict between the two.
The only thing that doesn’t make sense to me though is that both of those plugins I have had installed from the very beginning and never encountered a problem with either of them before, so I do not really understand.
But I am delighted everything is working again and that I know the cause of the problem to. Thank You very much for all your help. Happy Friday!

In reply to: [Storefront] Flashing Glitch on my webiteHi @nawaz0705 thank you so much for all of this information. That is one thing that I have not tried so I will try this next following your steps and keep my fingers crossed that I can figure out which plugin is causing the problem.
I was considering changing my theme altogether if I could not get it to work but will test all of this first. I have someone who hosts my website so all good on that front from a backup point of view and also already have Jet Pack installed.
