l got this fault and l solved this problem with try to delete with admin panel. If you delete with your host (ftp), you get same message.
1- Activate plugin.
2- Change lingotek plugin folder name in your ftp panel. (wp-content/plugin/lingotek…)
3- Delete ligotek plugin in “worpdress plugin panel.”
4- Upload or add lingotek plugin in your worpdres panel and activate.
