My recommendation is to either turn on Auto Minify on Cloudflare and concatenation of BWP Minify, or turn off Auto Minify and let BWP Minify does all the work.

First of all, thank you very much for your compliment and interest in this plugin.
I was not able to work on this plugin for the most part of 2016 due to workplace relocation and other family issues. But for 2017 I will resume the development work for sure.

All sitemaps are generated on the fly, so you do not need to remove anything manually :-). May I know why you had to uninstall the plugin? Did it not satisfy your requirements?
I suspect that there’s certain settings on your server that mess up the static assets created by the friendly minify urls feature.

Sorry for my late reply. BWP Sitemaps does support the Domain Mapping plugin, so it’s very strange it is generating the subfolder URLs. I will check and let you know.
