I’ve previously messaged you directly and through your paid support contact form. We need this plugin integrated asap, can you please respond to one of my direct emails so we can get you involved.

We had considered that so changed the password but still getting the same result.

The portal is giving the following error:
‘Test response failed against regular expression ‘Success’
And when they test from their end they’re also getting an invalid username and password error.
The username and password being used are exactly as shown in the plugin settings within WordPress.
