The worst support ever, they charge me when my CC was stolen and even the bank has it blocked. Support agents seems not to understand anything and just are limited to give you copy pasted answers where none of your questions are answered. They just copy/paste and CLOSE THE CASES, YOU CANNOT ANSWER.

I followed the steps without success, I did the revision on plenty of files called fremius-xyz or other source files trying to find the string and it’s not present. Do you have datelines for this? Or it’s a ‘can be’?

Hello, thank you for your response. However, it seems very unprofessional to send sensitive business data to a @gmail account. Additionally, the issue is not related to translation via Loco Translate; rather, the organization of the plugin’s language files is counterintuitive. The only folder containing .mo files is located at ‘wp-content/plugins/royal-elementor-addons/freemius/languages’.
I have spent many hours trying to locate the source files for a simple translation. While your plugin is great, the translations leave much to be desired
