For some reason the settings were off under Appearance>Themes. I clicked the “Customize” button on the Virtue theme and updated the settings under Basic Styling for Primary Color and 20% Lighter Than.

In reply to: Link color in Chrome incorrectI am using Virtue, and yes it’s generally quite comprehensive! As far as I can tell everything on the user-friendly side of the theme is correct. Unfortunately deactivating my plugins didn’t solve the issue

In reply to: [Virtue] Post Excerpt Layout and ContentThanks! I have specified all of the headings and body text in the typography settings, I’m actually looking to include more text in the post excerpts.
Ideally each post excerpt will include the title, subtitle, author, and potentially a pull out quote or part of the body text of the post, not just the title as is shown now.

In reply to: [Virtue] Post Excerpt Layout and ContentThank you! That worked for the homepage, and I switched out “home_blog” for “postlist” for the post lists on other pages.
I still have not figured out how to edit the content within the posts lists, however. Is this something you could help with as well?
