I have the current version of the plugin running on my site —
http://solidcode.com/ — and my css validation came back with no errors.I’m glad you were able to get past the validation error, but I’m not sure what is happening.

The icons are not part of the plugin. They are maintained by DandyID. I’m not sure if they will able to change them or not. You might want to check with them just to see.

Thanks for the kind words — I hope you’re finding the plugin helpful.
I’ve spoken about the icons with DandyID (I’m a 3rd party developer), and, unfortunately, they are unable to provide larger icons at this time.
Please send a link to your styled-widget. I’d love to see it! That’s awesome.
And thanks for feedback on the version number div. I’ll fix that.

Thanks for the kind words on the plugin. I’ve been in contact with the folks at DandyID, and unfortunately, they are not able to provide other sizes of the favicons at this time.
They do see this as a useful feature, and they may offer small/med/large sizes at a future time.
