1) launch cpanel file manager … make sure enable ‘hidden files’
2) navigate to /your wp folder/wp-content/mu-plugins/
3) should see file called ‘endurance-page-cache.php’
4) rename to something like ‘endurance-page-cache.old’
I had the same problem, did exactly this, and it was fixed instantly thanks guys.
