    Thanks for the message.
    I don’t know what you mean by ‘file level access’ really but I have read a few comments people have written and it sounds like I need to deactivate plugins through phpMyAdmin or FTP neither of which I have any clue about how to use?

    Do you know the steps I need to take to use php or FTP? Do I download something or?

    Thanks Marcello, this is a great help, however I am not very technically savvy so don’t know how to operate phpMyAdmin. Any chance you could help walk me through that? Do I need to download phoMyAdmin? When I tried to download it, it says the file can’t be opened as ‘there is no application to open it’

    Would appreciate any help you can give me. I can’t access the admin section of wordpress so it looks like I need to use php but don’t know how.

    How? I don’t know how to do that as there is no wordpress admin to login to? Just a blank white screen.

    How can I delete the plugin?
