I fixed it. All I had to do was chmod the upload folder and upload a new image via wp interface. 🙂
cant you just choose the upload video icon from the uploader menu and upload the video that way?

im still having this problem.
it showed 10 visitors for yesterday, but i have had 150 unique visitors since i made this thread..
