Further inspection shows that it’s just scooping up the content verbatim and shoving it into WordPress via wp_insert_post.
I went straight to the mysql database to look at the post_content field directly, and the vertical spacing has indeed been collapsed.

In reply to: [Plugin: Active Directory Integration] Single config for multisiteJust spotted two minor issues:
- When adding this mu-plugins thingie, you will have to redo all your ADI settings. The ADI module moves from Settings > Active Directory Integration to Super Admin > Active Directory Integration
- When under Super Admin, the tabs don’t appear correctly. Instead, the tabs show just as vertically-stacked links at top left of the module settings.

In reply to: Can blog admin (not network admin) add new user?I can’t do that. We’re using the Active Directory Integration module, and I don’t want non-AD accounts being used. Otherwise we have no reliable way of managing account lifecycle and affirming true user identity across all the blogs.

In reply to: [Plugin: Active Directory Integration] Single config for multisiteNote that you have to create this mu-plugins folder at wp-content/mu-plugins.
See http://wpmututorials.com/plugins/basics/what-is-the-mu-plugins-folder/ for details.

In reply to: bookmark.php exploitI just helped a site with a similar problem, but wp-blog-header.php is what got hit on that site.
Sounds like WordPress has a security hole.
wp-blog-header.php should be 274 bytes but had ballooned to 106,708 bytes.

In reply to: Send admin notification to two emailsCorrect link (without the period): http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/10726
It may help if you can visit that site, sign in using your wordpress.org account, and click on the up arrow that will appear near the top right. That may help prioritize this issue.

In reply to: Send admin notification to two emailsIt’s silly that this isn’t natively supported. I added a feature request at http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/10726.

In reply to: Show Comment Count of UsersI’ve made a feature request at http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/10629 to add user comment counts to wp-admin/users.php.
You can vote for this improvement by visiting that URL, signing in, and clicking on the up arrow on the top right side.

In reply to: WP overriding Firefox spell checker? Here’s a bug report: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3856
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WP overriding Firefox spell checker? It happens to me, too,on Firefox 3.0.x. The spellcheck works intermittently and randomly.
For example, I misspelled radical as radicla. Firefox’s spell check showed NO words misspelled while I typed my post. After saving, closing the browser, and going back to the post, radicla was still unflagged. Only after I deleted the l near the end did it finally flag that there was something wrong with the word. I was able to right-click and select the correct word.
While typing this very post, radicla is flagged. Why not in WordPress?

In reply to: Please support resized imagesAre you sure?
I looked all through the insert image dialog and the settings exposed through wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpg2/wpg2functions.inc.
I could find nothing that even spoke of resized images.

In reply to: Remember prior useThanks.
Where is this forum?
If I search Google for WPG2, it takes me to http://wpg2.galleryembedded.com/index.php?title=Main_Page which then directs me to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wpg2/ which in turn instructs me to “write a new topic” (at the bottom of the page) if I “Got something to say? Need help?”. Is your plugin page referring me to an unsupported forum?

In reply to: Remember prior useTo clarify, by remembering folder, I mean that if I last selected an image from the Gallery2 album “family > vacation 2007”, it remembers that folder. But if I was on page 4 of 20 of this album when I selected the prior picture, it does not remember this page position on the next load.
Many times I want to select pictures in chronological order, so this feature would help.

In reply to: “Add this topic to your favorites” is brokenI never realized Akismet had this many false positives. Maybe I should be checking my comment spam folder?
