ninabeana, this may solve it, it just did for me.
this was posted in a similar thread by a moderator…
follow the instructions, and if you don’t have the “www.” in your paths, make sure to add them in…that solved my issue.

I’d give it to you but it wouldn’t work.
I keep asking my host to help me…I hate doing
that.
But it’s literally every step with putting my
site together causes me to go two steps back
Nothing works when I try it.
Well, maybe some out there has had this problem
too, but every click lately just makes me go two
steps back.
