Nevermind. I must have messes with another file and broke the theme. I deleted the theme and reinstalled. All is good.
Very nice. Did you start with a WP theme? If so, which one?

I have the following code in page.php
<?php get_sidebar(); ?>
Also, the footer is not showing up either although I have

Sorry, that was a typo in my post. The file is named wp-config.php.
I also noticed that my server is running MySQL 4.0.25-standard. Would that make a difference vs. the requirement of version 4.1.2 or higher. Will that make a difference?
Would permissions cause this problem?
The error log shows File does not exist: /home/httpd/vhosts/bevinsequipment.com/httpdocs/favicon.ico
