I also got a recent ticket that had an image issues with Firefox, not sure if it’s related but here’s the thread on that: https://github.com/srobbin/jquery-backstretch/issues/399
I’m interested in this as well. Is there a way to prevent the optimization on upload?

In reply to: [Content Update Notification] New features to Content Update Notificationthere isnt really any documentation, other than reading the source code comments. any content item (post / page / attachment / custom post type) has a unique ID. this code would go into your theme’s functions file. if you aren’t comfortable with adding or modifying code, I’d recommend hiring a developer.

as for your question, the plugin contains filters to target specific posts / pages / etc on the site, so that capability already exists.
