This seems like a bank specific issue – I tried logging into the same bank via Plaid (TDBank) on another big merchant’s website and get the same error. Maybe there’s an issue with the specific account I have at TD Bank.
I tried my own website with a different bank and it’s working (even though I didn’t go as far as clicking the “pay” button)
I think this is resolved for now.

Here’s a link to the screenshot. This is right after entering username and password. It doesn’t even get to the 2 step authentication with text message.
