Would nesting it inside a div with text-align: center work?
I’m only new, so I may be way off here, but I did it by making a custom menu (wordpress, not the theme), and nesting some categories under others to create a drop down. That worked for me, but maybe my theme supported it?
Sorry if you’ve already tried this, but thought it would be worth mentioning just in case 🙂
