I also had to remove the 0 from the php snippet which is added to the header file. That allowed the menu to appear. And also re-remove it when I upgraded the plugin.
Thanks for that. I haven’t got it figured out properly yet, but have managed to get part of what I am after, I guess I will just have to keep experimenting with the css etc until I get it where and how I want.
