I’ve installed your latest version 2.2.1 and this has fixed the problems.

This also happened to me, although after playing with it for a while, the icons reappeared.
I have other problems with the new version (posted separately) and would like to roll back to the old version. Can you tell me how to roll back to the old version, please?
