Try disabling the plugin Revolution Slider.

It hanged on “restoring db” but it looks like it did the job.Forum: Plugins

This is what happens when I try to access the admin page after the freeze restore.

I was not being able to export the website, had to downgrade to 4.5.Now I’m stuck at restore DB. I have the latest WP version.
