In reply to: CSS Not Being Applied To All Elements…Can you check that there are no 2 css files (one of the core of wp and one of the theme) that use the same id of your css. If both use have defined for example #page{ with other code then only one of the css files will work. If you change the not working css file, nothing will change.
Do you understand what I mean?
