Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I already attempted the FAQ solution. I attempted to deactivate all the other plugins in the folder by deleting all of them, and then switching to the twenty sixteen default theme folder.
However, I still encounter the same issue. To add to this, this is being performed on a local machine and not on a live server. However, on an older version of the plugin, I didn’t experience this same issue.
