Users can make temporary access credentials so they can remove it after developer finish investigation.
The reason is the same, its the wpautop() which creates this problem check in the screenshot below, you will see extra

If you are using a Paid theme, ask your theme developer to solve this issue.
Else, you can send wp-admin+FTP access to [ redacted ] we also investigate it though.
