In reply to: [Advanced AJAX Product Filters] Create filter for featured productsHello @rur165
Thanks! 🙂
We are able to solve this issue. But we still need some support to check the solution.
We create a new support case: #424045 – Vendor Commission Error – #150146Thanks for making sure, that we get here a speedy feedback 🙂
Cheers
Hello @rur165
Now we know that the problem is in a row in wp_options table.
When we import the wp_options table from a fresh WP, WooComm, Dokan lite and Dokan pro installation it works. So the error is somewhere in wp_options.Is there a specific row, which is relevant for commission? So the we can check both tables and row on both system.
Cheers

Thanks. Maybe its worth to thing about this for a feature request. Would be a very nice improvement for the product. 🙂
Cheers.
Hi @rur165
Thanks but…
We are a paying customer! We can reproduce this issue on our DEV system. So maybe you can check there? 🙂
Furthermore, it is something in Dokan DB. So it is acuatlly a plugin problem because DB count also I guess 🙂
Cheers
Hi @rur165
Is there something what I can check in the DB? I mean, on a fresh install it works. So it seems this issue is System related. But even if we deactivate all plugins and themes (except dokan lite, dokan pro, woocommerce), it does not work. Also reinstall dokan-lite and dokan pro change something.
This issue is really ugly and the “Commission per product” is not usable with this error 🙁
But, with the quick edit option in vendor dashboard product overview it works. So I guess this has something to do with DB values or the update button process.
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers 🙂

Hi @rur165
We have the problems also on vendors.
Repro steps:
– Set global admin commission to 2$
– Login to a vendor account (Not user switch)
– Product price is 5$ and commission is 4$. => Earning is 1$ for vendor
– Vendor change now the product name or something
– Check Commision per productIn our case the commission per product is empty and the earnings for the vendor is 3$.
But, as I already mentoined.. If we made the same with the “Quick Edit” function on vendor product dashboard page, then it works. So whats is the different between the button “update” on product quick edit and “save product” on product edit page?
May I can send you a backup from my Dev System? Or you can check this directly on our dev System? Also maybe I can show some of dokan support guys in a screensharing session the problem.
Cheers
Hi Rashed,
Maybe this are two topics (Giftcards & Coupons)
We search a solution to give our customer the ability to buy a giftcard for someone else. This Giftcard code has then a amount on it and the customer can use this for orders.
Lets yes, Person A will buy a giftcard for Person B. Now Person B can use this giftcard code to order some stuff from our vendors.
We looking for something like this: https://woocommerce.com/products/gift-cards/
But we not sure if this is compatible with Dokan.Coupons:
We know that OOTB its not possible to give store wide discount. We know taht we can change the setting via hook. But the question is, when we can to give our customer 20% off everything, this 20% will go on vendors shoulder. Is there a way to split discounts to admin and vendors or 100% to admin?`Cheers
hi @rur165
I did all steps which you mentoined.
– Deactivate all plugin and theme
– delete all plugins
– no custom codeNO success…
But.. I setup a new system and there it works as expectet. So then I just moved the Database for testing. And then id worked also on the other site. Means, the error is somewhere in the Database.
But I have no idea which table is wrong. 🙁
UPDATE:
We found out, that if a vendor use the “Quick edit” function and change something and press the update button on dokan dashboard to modify a product. The commission per product works. So Its only been deleted if a vendor “edit” a product and klick on the “Save Product”.The DB row _per_product_admin_commission for a product is empty after a product edit.

_per_product_admin_commission,Hello @nazreenexe
Was you able to implement the hints from Rashed? We are looking for the exaxt same solution as you. 🙂

Hi @rur165
I made a feature request 5 days ago. But the Request is still not approved that people can vote 😉
Can you maybe check if you get such a request in order that your Team can review it?
Cheers & Thanks
Hello @rur165
Yes, your are right. Other does also not send the money to the bank and that’s okey. Because we understand its not possible to implement every bank in the world.
What we want to have is only the first step. Means, periodical withdrawal instead vendors manual requests. We think this is the first step for a complete automate solution which is custom for sure. But periodical withdrawal to admin should be a base feature. The target should be to reduce work for vendors and admin. In this first step dokan would reduce tasks for vendors, which is nice. All other stuff, like automatically payout by bank is a custom development.
