Actually I found the solution with the help of your two plugins “Widget in tabs” and “Jetpack Widget Visibility plugin”.
That’s why I set it resolved.
You are great coder.

Actually I need this feature in my page content area, acts as a dynamic tabs.

After choosing a city, site is working fine.
But without it, the problems remains same. I can’t understand the problem.
