It’s working now for some reason!! I have been at this for days too. I did get it to come up once earlier and then it stopped doing it again. Fingers crossed it was just a little glitch after sorting out some account connection issues with Jetpack and rebooting the computer. I am sure I will be back here moaning if not! Now I’ve found the forum 🙂
