Oh, 4th site, strange behaviour :
the :
<script type=”text/javascript”>
asyncScripts = […]
block gets added in the source page BEFORE the head, and as a result, no styles are loaded.
Thank you for the great plugin 🙂
It does need an option page I think with the option to inline css. But it already does wonder.

Oops, on another site it’s lines 238 & 247
On a third site everyhting works fine.
