Now for a quick question – did you start out with an existing theme (i.e. one that is listed on Alex’s site)?
I had the same problem when using FireFox, and clearing out the existing cookies for my domain solved the problem.
You’ll find that under the Privacy tab, select Cookies and then look for View Cookies.
