http://www.nextscripts.com/tutorials/wp-cron-scheduling-tasks-in-wordpress/Please go to the Log/History tab and check only “All Cron Events” checkbox.
You should see ONLY crons executed from wget or Mozilla every one or two minutes. If you see nothing at all, “WordPress/4.8.3” or irregular intervals, your cron is not set correctly.

Categories (Autopost Only): For Readers
Post Categories: For Writers|Pen to Pen|The Business of Writing|You set Facebook to autopost ONLY category “For Readers”. This post is assigned to 3 categories (“For Writers”, “Pen to Pen”, “The Business of Writing”). Since NONE of them is “For Readers” post was skipped.
This problem has been fixed in the latest API version 4.0.30. Please go to the Help/Support page and click “[Check for API Update]”

You are missing one step between 1 and 2.
1. Check Twitter’s option ‘Attach Image to the Post’.
2. Save the WordPress post.

In reply to: [NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster] Editor brokennxs_functions.php file should not be there at all. it was part of 3.X plugin and it was renamed to nxs_functions_wp.php and moved to /inc/ folder. It’s not used and it’s not included in the project anymore. It’s just wasn’t deleted from SVN during the update for some reason. We will take care of that, but it should not cause this issue.
Please open a support ticket with your site info. It seems like we need to take a look at your environment.
