Under pages, comments, quick edit, I have enabled Allow Comments.

I see the about screen on http://www.rebeccasnijders.nl/helloworld works, but this page is not present in WordPress under Pages.

I have created a new empty page, then did a Quick Edit on that page and enabled Comments.
