Problem is resolved. It was a problem with my custom theme.
I created this template for myself. And it worked well before I updated plugins and added some product categories.
It is rly strange for me that theme works good in primary language (all the pages) and in secondary, but there is so huge problem with ONLY product category pages (ONLY in second language).
It works good in Twenty Fifteen. So it looks like it is problem with my custom theme.
where I could make a mistake? what should I particularly pay attention to?

I have Product category base set to ‘product-category’ and translated it into my language (polish) using string translation module. When I had it set to blank I got 404 error on category pages. Setting Category base solves problem with 404. But now the product category pages have a problem with the template.See this:
