i already tried all the steps you suggested.
i even set all the file permission to 777after that i got the 500 internal error on all the pages.
problem i figured out isWp backup + better wp security + auto creation of .htaccess in cpanel=
All sott of errors, i’ve deleted the whole wp installation ,

yep, but now its more trouble,
