I switched themes to test the site, and the same problem appears universal on all themes, including the WP Default theme.
EDIT: I also checked the header files, they’re where they should be.
Ohh that post made me find out if there are any alternative index pages. Thanks! I found one and removed it.
Oh my host went down for now, aww crap. I’ll return when it goes back live. I hate webhosting…
