I tried that, and I also tried from a few different PCs. As soon as I change the Permalink from “Default” (?p=123) to “Month and name” (index.php/2008/11/sample-post/) or any of the others that are not default, the main URL (www.casino-customs.com) stops working and throws up that 404 error.

I can manually get to http://www.casino-customs.com/index.php when it is in this state and all the links work perfectly, it is just the main URL that stops?
